TARNISH

This formula has a slightly textured finish with intense sparkle. We recommend applying it over a tacky eyeshadow primer to help grip the shimmer particles and minimise fallout.

Apply a thin layer of primer, then gently press the eyeshadow onto the lid with a fingertip or flat brush while the base is still tacky. Build in light layers, using a patting motion.

Finish: Textured sparkle shimmer
